Mexican Chicken Soup

Mexican Chicken Soup 

Dump a large can of tomato sauce or diced tomatoes into the bottom of your crockpot. 
Add several boneless chicken breasts. 
Add another large can of tomato sauce or diced tomatoes, 2-3 cans of black beans (or other beans of your choice), a packet of taco seasoning or some Mrs. Dash Chipotle seasoning. 
Cook on high for 3-5 hours or on low all day. 
Optional: About 30 minutes-1 hour before serving, add one package of frozen corn.
You can embellish with extra beans, jalapenos, etc. for more texture or flavor. 
We serve with a dollop of key lime greek yogurt on top for some creaminess and a little different flavor. Plain greek yogurt works, too.
