Taco Salad and "Dressing"

Taco Salad

Cook ground turkey with diced onion.  Season with your choice of taco seasonings. (Mrs. Dash has some great sodium-free seasoning options!)
Place chopped/shredded lettuce in the bottom of your bowl.
Top with ground turkey, black beans, diced tomatoes, diced onion, etc.

Taco Salad “Dressing”

Mix ¼ c. salsa with ¼ c. Greek Yogurt and 1 tsbp. of splenda or stevia.  Add jalapenos or jalapeno juice from the jar to give it a “kick.”
